A live preview shows the email exactly as it will be sent. A value a book doesn’t have prints as N/A, never as raw braces.

A template is written before any deal exists. Each book fills it with its own numbers when you compose, so one template produces the right email for every deal. Each place that sends email, such as deal submissions to funding partners, has its own default template.

A composed email opens as a draft you can edit. It sends from your connected Gmail, one individually addressed copy per recipient, and deal submissions can attach the book’s documents and a rendered underwriting sheet.
